convenient location helpful staff clean room limited breakfast malfunctioning tv inconvenient elevators

the hotel location was quite convenient. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the room was clean and the staff at reception were helpful.

the breakfast options felt a bit limited for the price i paid. the tv in my room did not work . the hotel seemed to require taking two elevators to reach my room on the second floor, somewhat inconvenient.

wonderful central stay

convenient location thorough room helpful staff

i found the location convenient it provided easy access to key attractions and transport links. the daily room cleaning was thorough towels were fresh and the bed was neatly made each day. i especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff they were always ready to assist with directions and information.

this made it challenging to manage bags alone especially with ongoing road work nearby.

non-functioning air cooling sunday service

i booked four rooms, and the air cooling system did not work. staff said because it was sunday, they could not help. this was disappointing as the rooms were prepaid.
